Q: Have you ever broken the Everquest 2 NDA?
A: No.
Q: Have you ever been banned, warned, notified or in any other respect been contacted about SOE about breaking the NDA?
A: No
Q: Have you ever been banned (even temporarily) from Everquest 2 Beta?
A: No
Q: Are you still in Everquest 2 Beta?
A: Yes.
Q: Have you ever been employed by IGN, The Vault or EQ2 Vault?
A: No
Q: What was your relationship to EQ2 Vault?
A: I gave them permission to use some of the articles that i write on their website, and i have helped them in a few tasks voluntarily. I have never received any kind of compensation or payment, it was a agreement of goodwill.
Q: Have you ever been under a legally binding NDA with EQ2 Vault?
A: No. Some Staffers signed legal documents containing NDA like material, i never did. Other then goodwill i never was under any binding agreement with EQ2 Vault.
Q: Has IGN given you the Everquest 2 Beta Key?
A: No, it was given to me by SOE.
Q: Has IGN or EQ2 Vault ever payed, refunded or rewarded you with any kind of good, money or service for your permission to use your articles?
A: No, and i never requested it.
Q: What changed when you were no longer part of EQ2 Vault?
A: I no longer give them free articles to use.
