The Albion Strenght Relic returns - Story and Screenshots

Yesterday we were farming the named Cail guard in lyoness, when we started think about a raid. We quickly organised some rams and put them on hold, i asked TAA to get rams and store then too. Sure enough just about the agreed raid time we realize that Midgard is trying to get their relic back. Hibernian Keeps were getting taken back and forth. Perfect timing, we rush to Sauvage and port in. At this time the raid Consisted of the TAA Allied Guilds and the guilds from the other Alliance. Props to Toluse for Coordinating stuff btw.
So we send the specops team to go look and sure enough all Mids are in Hibernia.
A small team was send to dispatch the mids at our MG in odins, and after they released the raid rumbled through. Props to Nullzero for navigating (or trying hehe) the Alb mob.

We arrive at the relic keep, annihilate the guard, put a good number of rams on the doors, we cut through them like butter, unbothered my the Mids. At Door 3 a desperate Midgar relief force breaks into the keep. I get off my ram at door 3, and we butcher them.

With Door 3 down we go to the relic and someone picks it up, goes LD , comes back, and hands it to the runner (props to Warekor from Divine). The runner group takes off. Unfortunately we got spies reporting his name, his group tanks get messed, he gets singled out and killed. A mid takes the relic and hides with it for 2 hours. We wait 2 hours for the relic to respawn, by then the Hibs decided to join the party. Together we hold the relic keep, and incredible effort. Midgardians of every level stream in, our roadblock eliminates them. We handle guard pop and wait.
Before the relic spawns we announce that Divine will carry the item home. I grin because i have better plans. Finally the relic spawns, i grab it and run. Confusion starts. "Who has the relic". We keep everybody uninformed. The Divine distraction group gets ready on the road. Iceclan supplies my runner group.(props Drakon and crew). Distraction group proceeds along the streets. Real Runner group moves to MG1 with a 5 man team, noone knows who or where we are. Our forces at MG1 clear the gate (props MG1 crew, they held it for like 3 hours). We spped thru and into the Albion PK.

We port back to Sauvage. People still dont know whats going on. I smile, i know we did it.

As i get to Sauvage im in for a surprise party. Many Albs stand there gathered in a circle. This was one of the happies moments for me as a DAoC player. The feelings was so great to see everybody waiting and cheering.

I place the relic. The Uproar that goes through Albion is enourmous. Everywhere and on every channel people are hooraying, i get flooded with tells. My screen scrolls like mad and i am the happiest Armsman on Merlin at this moment.

I get presented with a specail sword from my guildmate Lasyndria. Im trying to find words. (Props to my guild Divine - you are the best and you know it)
After that we all congratulated each other, the GM chatgroup with the remainder of the once large Albion realm nows that their dedication and support has payed off. We decided to stay - we didnt abandon Albion, and today we won. We all feel great and after the adrenaline leaves were all very tired, so we take Bleedmeer with some extra rams and call it a night.
Its 11am my time, im exhausted but this day is my day.
This day is Albions day.
I want to thank my guild Divine, you all know what i think about you - youre the best.

I want to thank the other Alliance, you have proven that youre capable and a great folk, sorry i dont know your alliances name, but youre good Albions. Especially the ones that did the pre-raid orga, much props.
I want to thank Albion, for hangin on against the odds, coming back swinging, and finally winning. We proved that we can do it. I dont even want to name guilds and people, but many abandoned us. You were wrong , we dont need you, go to hell. (No i dont mean Rockk, hes a good guy, most of you just know too less about him).
I want to thank Hibernia for being a smart and sharpwitted ally and partner. You are good people , and by no means weak or stupid. I look forward to many raids with and against you.
I want to thank Midgard, for being the best adversaries that one could hope for. I dont want to name anyone, but your permanent display of skill and organisation is a factor that cant be denied.
